Many of us who use e-mail on a shared host go to spam, there are many reasons for going to this spam, for general use of e-mail on a shared host, it is better not to use this e-mail professionally because many clients use e-mail from the same server. Many clients intentionally or unintentionally abuse email, which leads to bad IP reputation, and many clients send emails at the same time, which can cause email to be sent late or, basically, shared hosts are not set up to use email in a dedicated way. For professional use, business mail or mail exchanger must be used, such as free Zoho, Yandex and many paid ones such as GSuite, Microsoft Office 365, Zoho Pro, etc.

1. If your domain is newly purchased then the mail may go to spam
2. The server you are sending email from may have a bad IP reputation because you are using a shared host.
3. Hosting servers are usually setup for normal email use, so no good protection is used. There are many other such reasons.

We can get rid of spam a lot by using these free like Zoho, Yandex, paid like GSuite, Microsoft Office 365, Zoho Pro etc.

You may be wondering why I can't use web mail professionally? Because you bought this with money. Professional use would have been possible with simple answer-web mail, but not so many mail providers had come along. And they do this because you use a professional mail service.
